Briah Carey is an executive operations and growth leader with more than two decades of experience scaling healthcare, technology, and service‑driven organizations. A former U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer, she has dedicated her career to building high‑performing teams, transforming complex businesses, and expanding access to care for underserved communities.

Briah currently serves as Chief Operations Officer for a national specialty healthcare services organization. Previously, she led teams with 800+ employees and multi‑billion‑dollar healthcare platforms through scale, integration, and operational transformation. Her work across Axion Partners, AdaptHealth, and DaVita centers on building scalable capabilities, driving operational excellence, and delivering revenue growth through high‑performing teams.

A graduate of Harvard Business School and the United States Military Academy, Briah is committed to advancing Veteran employment, community integration, and economic opportunity.
